Falkman started to study drawing of the female figure during his stay in Sankt Petersburg, Russia, at the Art School under the guidance of Mr Igor Glazow. Mr Glazov is a well renowned Master of Art who is still working at the Art Academy in Sankt Petersburg.
Inspired by artwork of Master of Art Mr Ivan Glazunov and Mrs Zinaida Serebryakova. Falkman still continues his work at his studio in Stockholm.
He started to develop his own style and continued to shape his lines on the canvas into metaforic female figures. His artwork began with drawing ballet dancers at the studio under the instruction of Mr Glazov.
Falkman exhibited in Sweden and in London where audience showed great interest into the suggestiveness he presented with the brush strokes on the canvas .
This spring Falkman is going to exhibit a few earlier paintings in London and in May, in Stockholm .
